or, to be removed from the mailing list, press Unsubscribe (make sure to enter the same email as the one to which the news is currently sent!).

When you subscribe or unsubscribe to the mailing list, you will receive an automatic message to the address you have given asking for confirmation. You will need to reply to it for your request to become operative.
