Visits to Montreal and Toronto in March 2012

In March, a Taizé brother will go from Chicago to Canada for two gatherings. A prayer will take place in Montreal on Saturday March 3 rd at Saint Joseph’s Oratory. A time of sharing will begin at 7.00 pm, followed by a viewing of the preparation video to the Chicago gathering. Evening prayer will begin at 8.00 pm.

Toronto, Wednesday March 7th. There will be an afternoon for school teachers and then an evening of prayer open to everyone beginning at 7.30 pm. The prayer will take place at St. Clare’s church in Toronto, located at 1118 St. Clair Ave. W. just east of Dufferin St. Parking is available in St. Clare’s School yard (off of Westmount Ave.). If taking public transit, there are the following options:

 From the Bloor subway line, get off at Dufferin station, and take the bus going north to St. Clair Ave. W. The church is located just east of the corner.

 From the Yonge subway line, get off at St. Clair station and take the Keele or Lansdowne streetcar going west and get off at Dufferin St. The church is located just east of the corner.

 From the Spadina subway line, get off at St. Clair West station and take the Keele or Lansdowne streetcar going west and get off at Dufferin St. The church is located just east of the corner.
