8am-12 noon: arrival and welcome at various welcome points, and sending out to host churches and families in towns and villages both in France and in Germany;
Welcome in the host churches, and meeting with one’s host family or reception at other accommodation.
Travel to Strasbourg
5:30 pm Supper at the exhibition halls
7:00 pm Evening prayer in the exhibition halls and big city-centre churches
Return to host families.
Sunday 29 December
Sunday morning service in the host churches, followed by a meeting to get to know the local people. Simple meal together.

Return to places of accommodation
Monday 30 and Tuesday 31 December
Morning prayer in the host churches, then small reflection groups and meetings with people involved in local community life.
Travel to Strasbourg
12:00 noon Lunch at the exhibition halls
1:15 pm Prayer in the exhibition halls and big city-centre churches
Afternoon in city-centre venues and at the exhibition halls (30 Dec.: workshops; 31 Dec. Meetings by country of residence)
5:30 pm Supper at the exhibition halls
7:00 pm Evening prayer in the exhibition halls and big city-centre churches
Return to the host towns and villages
On 31 December at 11 pm: in the local communities, a prayer for peace in the world followed by a “festival of nations”. Around 2 am: return to host families.
