Eternal God, in a world where we sometimes have nothing left to rely on, praise be to you for your Son, Jesus. Precious cornerstone, his life, given for love, shows us the way on which we can journey, together with others, so as to reestablish the peace in justice, which you desire for every person. Every step, every act, counts. Renew this confidence in us.

God of gentleness, when we no longer know who to turn to, you are always there. You welcome us with our worries and our sorrows so as to bear them with us. And trust is reborn, the little way opens up and, even among the morning mists, light breaks through again.

Christ Jesus, light of our lives, help us at all times to reflect your love, which leads us on a way of unselfishness, towards giving ourselves for others and for God. And by the Holy Spirit, little by little, may our lives come to bear witness. Praise be to you!
