Ways of participating
Whole weekend (for 16-35s):
Thursday 25 (or Friday 26) - Sunday 28 October
Arrive: Thursday afternoon or Friday afternoon.
Departure: Sunday afternoon

One-day programme (open to those of all ages):
Saturday 27 October
Arrive by 10:45 am
Departure approx. 8:30pm

Informally
The prayers in the city-centre are open to all. Residents of Graz do not need to register in order to come to the prayers.
Age
16/17 year-olds can participate in the full weekend if they are accompanied (one adult , at least 20 years old, for always two16/17 year-olds). The written consent of a guardian is needed. The form can be downloaded here.
The one-day programme is open for 14-15 year-olds and also for families with smaller children.
Helping
We need many people to help with practical tasks both before and during the meeting: welcoming participants when they arrive, food distribution, music for the prayers, information team, etc. If you can help, please indicate this on your registration form or write directly to taizegraz gmail.com
Registration
Group leaders are asked to make an initial registration early on. It is sufficient to give a few contact details. The exact list of the participants can be completed later. When you first fill in the registration form you will be sent a login which allows to you to return to your form to change any details, to add or remove participants, or indeed to cancel the registration completely.
Registrations before 1 October 2018. Please note that the financial contribution increases from 1 September.
Cost
The financial contribution goes towards meals, a transport pass, as well as other costs involved in preparing the meeting.
1. Full weekend
€ 30,- contributions made by 31 August (€ 25,- without transport ticket)
€ 40,- contributions made from 1 September on (€ 35,- without transport ticket)
2. Day programme (Saturday 27th): probably € 20,-
We ask those participating in the day programme also to register online.

It is essential to include in the reference the registration code sent to you after you registered (for example: AT40-10-123456). Without this number we cannot associate the payment with your registration.

We ask all groups to send their financial contribution in advance. Individual participants can either send their contribution in advance or else give it on arrival (in this case please prepare the exact amount, in euros.
Meals
Breakfast will be provided by the hosts at your accommodation.
Thursday evening, and on Friday and Saturday at midday a hot meal will be distributed.
All participants should bring a spoon and a mug, in order to avoid unnecessary plastic waste. At the two lunch distributions, a food packet will also be given for the evening meal. The food will be vegetarian. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to provide separate meals for those with medical diets or allergies.
Accommodation
Participants will be accommodated by people of the city and surrounding area. Each person should bring a sleeping-bag and a camping mattress.
People with a disability or with special accommodation needs should please register well in advance. We shall do what we can to meet these needs or at least provide help finding suitable accommodation.
Arrival
The arrival point for the meeting will be in the city-centre and be easily reached by tram from the main railway station. Go to the stop: Südtiroler Platz / Kunsthaus
Transport in Graz
If you request it (see above), your contribution for the meeting includes a transport ticket. All the host communities and accommodation can be reached by bus or tram using this ticket.
Information Point
If you have questions during the meeting, there will be: an information point in a city-centre church;
a central telephone number for the meeting.
