Final information for registered families

Here is some up-to-date information concerning your arrival at Taizé.

▪ On arrival, go directly to Olinda (village of Ameugny): to simplify explanations of your arrival, we won’t welcome you first in Taizé, but in Olinda, from 3:30pm on (see map below). The welcome itself will take place in the Olinda 1 building, with parking available at an accessible distance (parking address: 17 Le Creux à la Berthète, 71460 Ameugny).

▪ Families arriving at Taizé by public transport should get off at the ’Ameugny’ stop. A shuttle bus will be available in Taizé (room 10) to facilitate the arrival in Olinda of those coming with youth groups or other means.

▪ It is very helpful if you can make your contribution for your stay ahead of time.

• ◦ The easiest way for us is for you to pay by credit card via the Taizé website, through your registration form (at least 48 hours before your arrival in Taizé). If this option is not visible on your registration form, please contact us.

• ◦ It is also possible to make a bank transfer (at least 7 days before your arrival at Taizé). To enable us to allocate the transfer to your registration, it is important to indicate only your Taizé registration code, made up of a combination of 10 letters and numbers.

• ◦ Families who make their contribution in currency can do so at Olinda on Sunday.

• ◦ The families who prefer to make their contribution by bank card at Taizé can do so Monday at 2:30pm, but they must go to the welcome at Casa..

▪ As an introduction to the activities, we ask you to bring an object that represents your family and is of value to each member of the family (book, photo, souvenir, etc.).
