Arrival and Departure by CoachBus ArrivalTo help the teams directing coaches, each coach should display the meeting logo, group registration code and arrival zone in the windscreen (on the right-hand side). Delays: If you encounter a problem on the way and are likely to arrive late (after 12 noon on 28 December or after 5 pm on 26 December) please let us know as soon as possible on: +49 381 2605 4679 Arrival Before getting off the coach, please wait for someone from the reception team to come to the bus. They will give the group all the next information they need. Once you leave the bus, each person needs to be independent, and must know their registration code and take their own luggage and money (unless the group leader is giving the contribution for the whole group). Coaches cannot stay at the arrival place but must leave immediately so as not to block the road - please take this into account regarding the rest time needed for the coach driver. Coach drivers The facilities offered by the meeting cannot be used by bus drivers. Before leaving home, group leaders must check they have reservations in a hotel for both bed and meals. Coach parking places On arrival, you will receive the address to a free bus parking lot in Warnemünde, close to an S-Bahn station. This parking lot is available from December 28th to January 1st. It is not fenced. As this is a military field, so it is not possible to sleep in the buses. It is also not possible to take the vehicles out of the parking lot before January 1st at 6am. There will be a team of young people on site to help the drivers park their buses and find their way. This information is only for people who have already registered for the meeting.
