Eternal God, your promises are not just for a moment, but for ever. They guide our steps and show us the way towards Christ, so that we can welcome his presence. Risen from the dead, he is there for everyone, and he transforms us little by little through his compassion until the day when we can say to him: "Christ Jesus, it is no longer I who live, but you who live in me."
