Daily Prayers by Brother Matthew

Christ Jesus, we would like to love you with all that we are. You leave us your peace, and you are never far from us. But when we forget you, open our hearts to the breath of your Holy Spirit, who stays always beside us to help us remember all that you have said to us. So keeping your word is no longer beyond our reach. And, wonder of wonders, you come with your Father to dwell in us. Deep within us a song rises up: "God, our God, blesses us."
