The earth is full of your works, Lord. You send out your Spirit and life begins, you renew the face of the earth.

You have in you a spiritual gift which was given to you. Do not neglect it.

Jesus said: God is spirit, and those who worship must worship in spirit and truth.

As with the human body which is a unity although it has many parts, so it is with Christ. We were baptised into one body in a single Spirit, and we were all given the same Spirit to drink.

You did not receive a spirit which makes you a slave to fear again; you received the spirit of adoption by which we cry out, “Abba! Father!”

Our hope will not let us down, because the love of God has been poured into our hearts by the Holy Spirit which has been given to us.

Let yourselves be filled by the Spirit. Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord.

The Wisdom of God says: The Lord created me at the beginning of his work, the first of his acts of long ago. I was beside him, like a master worker; and I was daily his delight, rejoicing before him always, at play everywhere on his earth and delighting in human beings.
