Christ Jesus, you groaned deep in your soul at the time of your greatest trial, yet by your faithfulness you have opened a way for us. Then we shall never be alone again when we are in danger of growing faint. Our hope awakens and we dare to sing: "Praise be to you, our God, you who love us with an eternal love!"
