The Taizé meetings team collects personal information, in particular an email address, on the registration form in order to be in contact with you about your participation, together with others on the form, in the meeting for which you register.
This information is not shared with any outside organisations, nor is it ever used for any commercial purpose. The data is held securely, and those who work in the meetings team are carefully instructed to respect the privacy of the information they see.
If - and only if - you indicate your interest and consent on the form, Taizé may send you occasional messages concerning meetings which may interest you; for example, about a meeting in your region or country, or information that may be useful to plan a future stay.
Email correspondence with you is typically deleted eighteen months after the date of the meeting for which you registered. All other personally identifiable information in registration forms (names, email addresses, phone numbers, etc.) is deleted after a period of ten years.
Any financial information provided by you for contribution payments is processed externally by the bank: of this information we only receive and store the confirmation.
